Mr. Davies N. Tarkash

Appointed as Ag. Technical Manager on 1st July 2014. Before his appointment, Mr. Tarkash has worked as a Chief Superintendent Water and Sewerage at the Company.

He holds a Diploma in Water Engineering from Kenya Water Institute (KEWI), a certificate in Urban Water Works Engineering from Yokohama JICA International Center- YOKOHAMA and certificate in Urban Water Works Engineering from Yokohama Water Works Company-JAPAN

He has over 35 years experience in the water sector 18 of which are in ASAL Areas of Nothern Kenya.

He was involved in: The implementation of the Project for Augmenetation of water supply system in Narok Town from 2012 to 2016, The new Narok Sewerage Systemn in Narok Town 2018 to 2020 in addition to implementing a Pilot Project in Majengo Narok Town on NRW Management in 2010 to 2014 (which is now among the case study in Kenya).


Mr. Andrew S. Kireu

Appointed as Human Resource & Administration Manager  0n 1st September 2016.

Before his appointment, Mr. Kireu worked as a project coordinator for Uwezo Kenya Initiative and previous worked as a project Manager under USAID-Alphia II Rift Valley PROGRAMS.

He holds  a Bachelor of science in Human Resource  at Maasai Mara University, He is a CHRP-K Holder, currently pursuing a master science in human resource management.
